Refund and Session Policy

I want you to feel safe buying from me, and I want to be able to keep doing this work fairly. This is the policy in plain language.

Baseline, Baseline + Practice

Before I start your review, you get a full refund. If you have not submitted your recording, or I have not opened it yet, email me within 14 days of buying and I will refund you in full.

After I deliver your report, purchases are not refundable. The personal review is the product, and once I have spent my time on it, it cannot be returned. What I will always do is fix problems:

• If your report is missing a section that was promised, I will complete it at no charge.
• If your recording was unusable because of a technical problem, I will ask you to record again and review the new one at no charge.
• If I cannot deliver what the page described, I will refund you.

Practice Studio access that comes with a purchase is part of the package. It is not refunded separately once your access has started.

Live sessions and Baseline + Coaching

• Your schedule: a coaching package is five weekly 50 minute sessions, starting with your live Baseline. You get up to two weeks of slack, so the package can run for up to seven weeks from your first session. Sessions you have not used by the end of week seven expire, unless a session was lost because I cancelled it (see below).
• Rescheduling: you can move any session for free with at least 6 hours notice before it starts.
• Late cancellations and missed sessions: if you cancel with less than 6 hours notice, or do not show up, the session counts as used and is not refunded or made up.
• Arriving late: the session still ends at its scheduled time. If I am free, I will run up to 10 minutes over to give you some of that time back, but no more than that.
• If I need to cancel or move a session: that session rolls over. I will offer you a new time, and your seven weeks extend by the same amount of time. It never counts as used.
• Technical problems: if you arrive on time and a problem with your microphone, camera or connection stops the session, I will help you fix it or move the session at no cost. I use my judgment. This is for real, occasional problems, not repeated ones.
• Before your first session: full refund.
• After your first session starts: sessions already held are not refundable. If you ask within 14 days of your first session, I will refund the unused part of your package. I keep the price of your Baseline ($59), plus an equal share of the rest for each session already held. The rest is $538 (the $597 package price minus the $59 Baseline), so each session held is worth $107.60, one fifth of $538. Example: after your live Baseline session you have held one session, so I keep $166.60 ($59 plus $107.60) and refund $430.40. After two sessions I keep $274.20 and refund $322.80.
• Your package is personal. It belongs to the person who bought it and cannot be transferred, shared or used by anyone else. Sessions are booked using the email address on your purchase.

Practice Studio access

• Baseline + Practice includes 2 months of access. Baseline + Coaching includes 6 months, counted from your first session.
• Access is for you only. Please do not share your login or access code.
• When your included time ends, access ends unless you choose a plan. Nothing renews on its own.
• Included access is not refunded separately and does not pause or extend if you stop practicing.

Upgrades

If you upgrade within 30 days of receiving your Baseline, what you paid counts toward the new price. The credit applies once. After 30 days, upgrades are charged at the full price. Upgrade purchases follow the same refund rules as the tier you are upgrading to.

Practice Studio plans

• Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of paying, I will refund it in full. After that, plan payments are not refunded for the current period. Monthly plans are not refunded for a period already started.
• If a payment fails, access may pause until the payment succeeds.

Corporate programs

Corporate programs follow the terms in your written proposal.

Free tools

The Heteronym Tool is free, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email baseline@accentforgecoaching.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on PayPal and your bank.

Please email me before opening a payment dispute. I answer quickly and can usually fix the problem faster than a dispute can.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
